We are all striving to do a little more exercise, eat our five a day and cook a healthy balanced meal in five minutes flat, so that we feel fit and well as we rush our way through our busy city lives. City Wellness Partnership is a collective of London health professionals. We each run successful private businesses within the health or alternative health industries or support the work of health professionals in some way. We have made our daily lives about seeking wellness in the city of London. Individually and collectively we now teach these experiences to different individuals and groups of Londoners. “Many of my clients want to know how to change their diet to either compliment the exercise programmes I am teaching them or to achieve their optimum weight. Or they ask me how I learned to meditate or how do I personally lead a healthy lifestyle in the midst of the chaos of London.
